Andreia Lima is our Clinical and Health Psychologist.
She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of Algarve and has experience in the areas of psychological health, psychosocial support, and community intervention.
Professional Experience
She has specialized training as a Victim Support Technician and as a Trainer in Gender Equality, Sexual Orientation, and Gender Identity, developing work focused on promoting inclusion, equality, and psychological well-being.
She currently works as a Psychologist, Technical Director, and Vice President of Prime Skills Association, where she creates and coordinates social intervention and human development projects for children and young people aged 10 to 25.
She is also the creator of the “50/50 Gender Equality” project, an initiative dedicated to raising awareness, education, and promoting gender equality across different social and educational contexts.
She stands out for her leadership skills, human-centered approach, and commitment to social causes, combining scientific knowledge, specialized training, and practical experience in psychological support and the promotion of human rights. She works with both young people and adults and, through her experience with the senior population, has discovered a new area of professional interest.
